Last updated: January 2025. By booking a tour with Hatta Mountain Tour Dubai, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Pricing

The Advance Package is priced at AED 300 per person (minimum two persons for sharing). The Premium Package is AED 800 for a private car of up to five persons. Prices cover the inclusions listed on each package; optional add-ons are charged separately. Prices may change, but the rate confirmed at the time of your booking is the rate you pay.

Payment

We accept cash on pick-up, card payments via POS, and ATM/online transfer. Full payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

Pick-Up & Timing

Pick-up is typically between 07:00 and 07:30, with drop-off around 14:00 to 14:30. Please be ready at the agreed time and location. Delays caused by guests may shorten the tour.

Safety & Conduct

• Follow your guide's instructions at all times, especially around water and on mountain trails.
• Activities such as kayaking are undertaken at your own discretion and reasonable risk.
• We may decline service to anyone behaving unsafely or under the influence.

Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured, including passengers, in the rare event of an accident during the journey.

Changes to Your Tour

Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, road conditions or site timings (for example, Hatta Heritage Village hours of 07:30–20:30). We will always aim to deliver the full experience.

Liability

We take great care to deliver a safe, enjoyable tour. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal belongings, or for delays and changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
