Refund Policy
Last updated: January 2025. We want every guest to enjoy their Hatta tour with confidence. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Booking Confirmation
Your tour is confirmed once we agree the date, package and pick-up details with you. Payment can be made in cash on pick-up, by card via POS, or by ATM/online transfer.
Cancellations by You
- More than 48 hours before pick-up: free cancellation; any prepaid amount is fully refunded.
- 24–48 hours before pick-up: a partial charge may apply to cover reserved vehicles and guides.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: the booking is generally non-refundable.
Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel your tour — for example due to unsafe weather, road closures or unforeseen circumstances — we will offer you the choice of rescheduling to another date or a full refund of any amount paid.
Weather & Safety
Your safety comes first. In rare cases of heavy rain, flooding or other hazards in the mountains, a tour may be postponed. We will always work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned using your original payment method where possible. Please allow a reasonable processing time depending on your bank or transfer method.
Optional Add-Ons
Optional extras such as kayaking or lunch at the Hatta Fort Hotel are paid separately and follow the same cancellation windows above.
